We are looking for a Community Support & Help Centre Writer to join us to support our growing  Customer Community. Alongside writing support articles for our customers to help them navigate Slido, this role involves moderating and responding to posts from Slido customers. Your goal will be to scale the relationship with our customers and help them with self-education by delivering great content and “simply clever” answers to their questions.
