Customer Scale team is a new team in Slido’s Customer Success Department that works on scaling the post-sale customer experience and cares for thousands of our customers. As a Customer Lifecycle specialist you will be closely working on creating and executing various digital touchpoints in the customer lifecycle that will help them adopt Slido while finding the value the product can deliver.
Your Role
- Contributing to the creation of meaningful touch points across the customer lifecycle
- Creating lifecycle email campaigns and product messaging via Exponea
- Prepare campaigns’ and touchpoints’ analytics and impact evaluation on key goals and metrics
- Collaborate closely with other teams across the company (mainly with Marketing, Brand, Product and other Customer Success teams) to create a connected customer experience
- Become a product adoption and engagement expert
Your Profile
- Advanced knowledge of Exponea
- Complex scenarios
- Jinja, JSON
- Weblayers – basic JavaScript
- Data analytics in Exponea (funnels, reports, segmentations)
- Basic HTML knowledge is an advantage
- Data analytics in SQL is an advantage
- Previous experience in activation, engagement and product retention projects for existing customers is a plus (or a strong passion for working in this field)
- You’re self-driven, motivated, goal-oriented and customer focused
- You are fluent in English
- Your are reliable and have strong ownership, you are organized but you can handle when things get messy
- You are creative and a team player

For Slovakia: 1400€- 2500€
Monthly salary (gross): The salary will be adjusted based on the candidate’s seniority and location.
For locations with higher living expenses, we offer an additional location bonus.
