What you’ll do
- Maintain employee data
- Create employee documentation and personnel records
- Regular checks & update of the employee documentation, make sure everything is accurate
- Support of HR related administrative tasks such as payroll, contract management, compliance, etc.
- Close cooperation and communication with the Legal, Finance, IT & Security team
- Preparation of various reports and documents both internally and externally
- Opportunity to participate in other People Ops projects and activities (social, wellbeing, L&D, etc.)
Who we are looking for
- Experience in administration (HR background is a big plus)
- Good working knowledge of G Suite
- Knowledge of English language (B2/C1)
- Ability to work independently, strong focus on deadlines & details
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- People oriented person (strong “we care” value)
- Motivated to help others, reliable and trustworthy
- Always looking for ways how to make things better
- Being able to travel to our HQ in Bratislava if needed
